اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيْ ، وارْحَمْنِيْ ، وَأَلْحِقْنِيْ بِالرَّفِيْقِ الأَعْلَى

Phonetic transliteration

Allāhumma-ghfir lī, wa-rḥamnī, wa alhiqnī bi-r-rafīqi-l-aʿlā.

English translation

“O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me and join me with the Highest Companion.”

Virtue & benefit: ʿĀisha (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhā) narrated: “I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say [the above] as he leaned on me.” (Bukhārī 4440)

Verily to Allah belongs what He took and to Him belongs what He gave, and everything with Him has an appointed time; thus, be patient and hope for All
