Lā ilāha illā-llāh, Allāhu Akbar, lā ilāha illā-llāhu waḥdahū lā sharīka lah, lahu-l-mulku wa lahu-l-ḥamdu yuḥyī wa yumīt, wa Huwa ʿalā kulli shay’in Qadīr, lā ilāha illā-llāh, anjaza waʿdah, wa naṣara ʿabdah, wa hazama-l-aḥzāba waḥdah.

English translation

“There is no god worthy of worship except Allah. Allah is the Greatest. He is Alone and He has no partner whatsoever. To Him Alone belong all sovereignty and all praise. He is over all things All-Powerful. There is no god worthy of worship except Allah. He fulfilled His promise, granted victory to His servant, and He Alone defeated the coalition forces.”

Virtue & benefit: Jābir (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhu) said: “The Messenger of Allah began with Ṣafā and climbed it until he could see the Kaʿbah. He then faced the qiblah, proclaimed the Oneness of Allah and glorified Him, and then said He then made duʿā’ in between (the takbīr and the dhikr), and repeated this three times… He then made duʿā’ between three recitals of (the above)… He then did on Marwah what he did on Ṣafā.” (Muslim 1218) Note: The above Dhikr should be recited x3. Duʿā’ should be made after each recital.
