اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ اللَّهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَرْجُو فَلاَ تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ

Phonetic transliteration

(1) Allahumma aa-fi-nee fee ba-da-nee, Allahumma aa-fi-nee fee sam’ee, Allahumma aa-fi-nee fee ba-sa-ree, laa ‘i-laaha ‘il-laa Ant (2) Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal kufri wal faqri Allahumma inni a’udhi bika min ‘adhabil qabri La ilaha illa anta (3) Allahumma Rahmataka Arjoo, falaa takilni ila nafsee tarfataa ayn aslih li lee sha’ni kullah, la illaaha ila anta.

English translation

“(1) O Allah, Grant me health in my body. O Allah, Grant me good hearing. O Allah, Grant me good eyesight. There is no god worthy of being worshipped except You. (2) O Allah! I seek refuge in Thee from infidelity and poverty. O Allah! I seek refuge in Thee from punishment in the grave. There is no god but Thee (3) O Allah! Thy mercy is what I hope for. Do not abandon me to myself for an instant, but put all my affairs in good order for me. There is no god but Thou.”

رَبَّنَا ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلۡحِسَابُ

Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.

Dua For Parents Forgiveness

رَّبِّ ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيۡتِيَ مُؤۡمِنٗا وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِۖ وَلَا تَزِدِ ٱلظ

My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women. And do not increase the wrongdoer

Du’a to recite for visiting a sick person:

أَسْـأَلُ اللهَ العَـظيـم رَبَّ العَـرْشِ العَـظيـم أَنْ يَشْفـيك (سبع مرات)

I ask Almighty Allah, Lord of the Magnificent Throne, to make you well. (Recite seven times in Arabic).
