Dua after Fajr - First Ramadan
O Allah, the month of Ramadan has commenced. You have made obligatory upon us to observe fasting during it.

0:00 / 0:00اللَّهُمَّ قَدْ حَضَرَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ وَقَدِ ٱفْتَرضْتَ عَلَيْنَا صِيَامَهُ وَأَنْزَلْتَ فِيهِ ٱلْقُرْآنَ هُدَىً لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ ٱلْهُدَىٰ وَٱلْفُرْقَانِ اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنَّا عَلَىٰ صِيَامِهِ وَتَقَبَّلْهُ مِنَّا وَتَسَلَّمْهُ مِنا وَسَلِّمْهُ لَنَا فِي يُسْرٍ مِنْكَ وَعَافِيَةٍ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Phonetic transliteration
allahumma qad hadara shahru ramadana wa qadi aftardta `alayna siyamahu wa anzalta fihi alqur'ana hudan lilnnasi wa bayyinatin min alhuda wal-furqani allahumma a`inna `ala siyamihi wa taqabbalhu minna wa tasallamhu minna wa sallimhu lana fi yusrin minka wa `afiyatin innaka `ala kulli shay'in qadirun
English translation
O Allah, the month of Ramadan has commenced. You have made obligatory upon us to observe fasting during it. You revealed the Qur'an in it as guidance for people and clear proofs of true guidance and distinction (between the right and the wrong). O Allah, (please) help us observe fasting in it, accept it from us, receive it from us (with acceptance), and keep it sound for us with easiness and good health from You. You verily have power over all things.
