0:00 / 0:00اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ امِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ ٱلصِّدِّيقَةِ ٱلطَّاهِرَةِ فَاطِمَةَ سَيِّدَةِ نِسَاءِ ٱلْعَالَمِينَ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ يَا ابَا عَبْدِ ٱللَّهِ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ اشْهَدُ انَّكَ قَدْ اقَمْتَ ٱلصَّلاَةَ وَآتَيْتَ ٱلزَّكَاةَ وَامَرْتَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَيْتَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنْكَرِ وَتَلَوْتَ ٱلْكِتَابَ حَقَّ تِلاَوَتِهِ وَجَاهَدْتَ فِي ٱللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِ وَصَبَرْتَ عَلَىٰ ٱلاذَىٰ فِي جَنْبِهِ مُحْتَسِباً حَتَّىٰ اتَاكَ ٱلْيَقِينُ اشْهَدُ انَّ ٱلَّذِينَ خَالَفُوكَ وَحَارَبُوكَ وَٱلَّذِينَ خَذَلُوكَ وَٱلَّذِينَ قَتَلُوكَ مَلْعُونُونَ عَلَىٰ لِسَانِ ٱلنَّبِيِّ ٱلامِّيِّ وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ لَعَنَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلظَّالِمِينَ لَكُمْ مِنَ ٱلاوَّلِينَ وَٱلآخِرِينَ وَضَاعَفَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلالِيمَ اتَيْتُكَ يَا مَوْلايَ يَا بْنَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ زَائِراً عَارِفاً بِحَقِّكَ مُوَالِياً لاِوْلِيَائِكَ مُعَادِياً لاِعْدَائِكَ مُسْتَبْصِراً بِٱلْهُدَىٰ ٱلَّذِي انْتَ عَلَيْهِ عَارِفاً بِضَلاَلَةِ مَنْ خَالَفَكَ فَٱشْفَعْ لِي عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حُجّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِي ارْضِهِ وَسَمَائِهِ صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رُوحِكَ ٱلطَّيِّبِ وَجَسَدِكَ ٱلطَّاهِرِ وَعَلَيْكَ ٱلسَّلاَمُ يَا مَوْلاَيَ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلاَيَ وَٱبْنَ مَوْلاَيَ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ لَعَنَ ٱللَّهُ مَنْ ظَلَمَكَ وَلَعَنَ ٱللَّهُ مَنْ قَتَلَكَ وَضَاعَفَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلالِيمَ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ ايُّهَا ٱلصِّدِّيقُونَ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ ايُّهَا ٱلشُّهَدَاءُ ٱلصَّابِرُونَ اشْهَدُ انَّكُمْ جَاهَدْتُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَصَبَرْتُمْ عَلَىٰ ٱلاذَىٰ فِي جَنْبِ ٱللَّهِ وَنَصَحْتُمْ لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ حَتَّىٰ اتَاكُمُ ٱلْيَقِينُ اشْهَدُ انّكُمْ احْيَاءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ تُرْزَقُونَ فَجَزَاكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلإِسْلاَمِ وَاهْلِهِ افْضَلَ جَزَاءِ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ وَجَمَعَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ فِي مَحَلِّ ٱلنَّعِيمِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بْنَ امِيرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ ايُّهَا ٱلْعَبْدُ ٱلصَّالِحُ ٱلْمُطِيعُ لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ اشْهَدُ انَّكَ قَدْ جَاهَدْتَ وَنَصَحْتَ وَصَبَرْتَ حَتَّىٰ اتَاكَ ٱلْيَقِينُ لَعَنَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلظَّالِمِينَ لَكُمْ مِنَ ٱلاوَّلِينَ وَٱلآخِرِينَ وَالْحَقَهُمْ بِدَرْكِ ٱلْجَحِيمِ
Phonetic transliteration
alssalamu `alayka yabna rasuli allahi alssalamu `alayka yabna amiri almu'minina alssalamu `alayka yabna alssiddiqati alttahirati sayyidati nisa'i al`alamina alssalamu `alayka ya mawlaya ya aba `abdillahi wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu ashhadu annaka qad aqamta alssalata wa atayta alzzakata wa amarta bilma`rufi wa nahayta `an almunkari wa talawta alkitaba haqqa tilawatihi wa jahadta fi allahi haqqa jihadihi wa sabarta `ala al-adha fi janbihi muhtasiban hatta ataka alyaqinu wa ashhadu anna alladhina khalafuka wa harabuka wa anna alladhina khadhaluka walladhina qataluka mal`ununa `ala lisani alnnabiyyi al-ummiyyi wa qad khaba man iftara la`ana allahu alzzalimina lakum min al-awwalina wal-akhirina wa da`afa `alayhim al`adhaba al-alima ataytuka ya mawlaya yabna rasuli allahi za'iran `arifan bihaqqika muwaliyan li'awliya'ika mu`adiyan li'a`da'ika mustabsiran bilhuda alladhi anta `alayhi `arifan bidalalati man khalafaka fashfa` li `inda rabbika alssalamu `alayka ya hujjata allahi fi ardihi wa sama'ihi salla allahu `ala ruhika alttayyibi wa jasadika alttahiri wa `alayka alssalamu ya mawlaya wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu alssalamu `alayka ya mawlaya wabna mawlaya wa rahmatu allahi wa barakatuhu la`ana allahu man zalamaka wa la`ana allahu man qatalaka wa da`afa `alayhim al`adhaba al-alima alssalamu `alaykum ayyuha alssiddiquna alssalamu `alaykum ayyuha alshshuhada'u alssabiruna ashhadu annakum jahadtum fi sabili allahi wa sabartum `ala al-adha fi janbi allahi wa nasahtum lillahi wa lirasulihi hatta atakum alyaqinu ashhadu annakum ahya'un `inda rabbikum turzaquna fajazakum allahu `an al-islami wa ahlihi afdala jaza'i almuhsinina wa jama`a baynana wa baynakum fi mahalli alnna`imi alssalamu `alayka yabna amiri almu'minina alssalamu `alayka ayyuha al`abdu alssalihu almuti`u lillahi wa lirasulihi ashhadu annaka qad jahadta wa nasahta wa sabarta hatta ataka alyaqinu la`ana allahu alzzalimina lakum min al-awwalina wal-akhirina wa alhaqahum bidarki aljahimi
English translation
Peace be upon you, O son of Allah’s Messenger. Peace be upon you, O son of the Commander of the Faithful. Peace be upon you, O son of the veracious, immaculate lady Fatimah the Doyenne of the women of the world. Peace be upon you, O my master Abu-`Abdullah. So be upon you Allah’s mercy and blessings. I bear witness that you performed the prayers, defrayed the poor-rate, enjoined the right, forbade the wrong, recited the Book (i.e. the Holy Qur'an) as exactly as it should be recited, strove for the sake of Allah as exactly as striving must be, and faced all troubles steadfastly for His sake, seeking his reward, until death came upon you. I also bear witness that those who dissented you, those who fought against you, those who let you down, and those who slew you (all those) were accursed directly by the Meccan Prophet. And he who forges lies indeed fails to attain his desire. May Allah curse those who wronged you from amongst the past and the present generations. May Allah also double for them the painful torment. O my master and son of Allah’s Messenger, I have come to you visiting you, acknowledging the standing that you enjoy, declaring my loyalty to those who are loyal to you, renouncing your enemies, seeking to follow the true guidance that you are following, and recognizing the deviation of those who oppose you; so, (please) intercede for me before your Lord. Peace be upon you, O Argument of Allah in His lands and heavens. May Allah bless your immaculate spirit and your pure body. Peace and Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you, O my master. Peace be upon you, O my master and son of my master. So be upon you Allah’s mercy and blessings. May Allah curse those who wronged you. May Allah curse those who slew you. May Allah double the painful chastisement for them. Peace be upon you, O veracious ones. Peace be upon you, O steadfast martyrs. I bear witness that you strove in the way of Allah, acted patiently against harm for the sake of Allah, and did sincerely for the sake of Allah and His Messenger until death came upon you. I bear witness that you are alive and are being provided sustenance from your Lord. May Allah reward you with the best reward of the good-doers on behalf of Islam and its people and may He join us to you in the abode of bliss. Peace be upon you, O son of the Commander of the Faithful. Peace be upon you, O righteous servant (of Allah) and obedient to Allah and to His Messenger. I bear witness that you strove (in the way of Allah), acted sincerely, and tolerated (harm) until death came upon you. May Allah curse those who wronged you from the past and the present generations and may He send them to the lowest layer of the blazing Hell.
